The Green Gardener is a locally owned, environmentally friendly lawn care company - serving Gatineau and Ottawa. We use high performance all electric equipment and organic products. Our services include: mowing, planting, pruning, weeding, spring & fall clean-ups and snow removal - providing four seasons of climate friendly lawn care.
Basic Lawn Care
The Green Gardener provides basic lawn maintenance to residential, condominium and commercial properties using state of the art (lithium-ion-powered) all electric equipment that greatly reduces noise and emissions. Our basic service includes: lawn mowing, line trimming, edging and blowing - driveway, sidewalks and patio surfaces.
Our services are provided on a weekly basis and can be paired with additional services (garden maintenance and pruning) depending on your needs.
Spring & Fall Clean-ups
Clean-ups include: the collection of leaves, pine needles, branches and other debris from the lawn and patio surfaces. In the fall, flowerbeds and vegetable gardens are winterized. Organic material can be composted, bagged or removed. We use high performance all electric leaf blowers and hand-tools for a clean and quiet experience.
Snow Removal
The Green Gardener provides timely snow removal for residential, condominium and commercial properties. We use state of the art all electric snow blowers and hand-tools that greatly reduces noise and emissions - providing four seasons of climate friendly property maintenance.
Garden Maintenance
In addition to basic lawn care, we provide garden maintenance for flowerbeds and vegetable gardens. Garden maintenance includes: soil tilling, planting, hand weeding and edging.
Garden maintenance can be paired with basic lawn care on a weekly basis, or as needed.
Pruning and Trimming
The Green Gardener provides plant-specific pruning and trimming of cedar hedges, shrubs, small trees and ornamental grasses. We use all electric hedge trimmers and hand-tools for a clean and quiet cut.

Additional Services
Organic fertilization and weed control. We use environmentally friendly organic products. Organic fertilizers are safe for children and pets.
